Hello everyone, this is what I will share you one of the Chinese spirits in the new era—— the BeiDou spirit, featured with building China into a world leader in science and technologies, so this is a spirit of technological significance. I think it is very conductive to our country in this new time. So let’s see in detail what I will show you about this spirit. 

My presentation will go with these three parts, the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System, Spiritual Contents and Sipritual Significance. The first part let’s see about the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System. When it comes to this system, it is designed to serve the world and benefit mankind, and we can see what is shown from this picture—— it’s explaining about the coverage about this system. We can see it has very extensive and a wide scope covering the earth and it has offered very good services to this world. This system is featured with these three parts, the first is “independently constructed and operated by China”. This is a very important thing, because it’s the first time and the first related technology independently developed on our own. And the second, “it is a contemporal-spatial infrastructure”, which is seeing a breakthrough we made and enables us never to depend on Americans GPS. We have our own positioning technology about this system. The third is “all-time, all-weather and high-accuracy positioning, navigation and timing services”. And it is also significant to our country in the present time. This is about the conference announced the success of the launching of this system. And this is the success of the fifty fifth video supplied for launching.

At this part in this picture, it depicts about the service scope of the system. We can see it applies in the facility, transportation, agriculture, special care forestry,mass market application, public security, reflecting the common good it makes possible in widely various areas.

The next part is about Spiritual Contents, and so let’s see these four parts, Independent Innovation, Openness and Integration, Strong Unity as One and Pursuit of Excellence. Let’s see about the first Independent Innovation. Our president Xi Jinping said,“A high and exuberant tree grows from deep roots. It is self-reliance that has enabled China to stand firmly among nations of the world, and innovation is the only path to reach new heights in science and technology.”It is pressing the significance about Independent Innovation.The next is Openness and Integration. Now our president also said, called for strengthened international sci-tech cooperation and pledged more efforts to integrate into the global innovation network and to enhance China's sci-tech innovation capability through open cooperation. And the third Strong Unity as One and Pursuit of Excellence. We never abandon Chinese socialist system which is important for us to make great achievements by pooling strengths, and has greatly boosted our major progress in science and technology. And it is the importance of the Strong Unity as One.The last part is about the Sipritual Significance. We know that it is a precious spiritual wealth that is consistent with the Spirit of “Two Bombs, One Satellite” and the Spirit of Manned Spaceflight, and has distinctive characteristics of the times. Adhering to that, the vast number of scientific research workers continue to bravely climb the peak of science and technology, and the majestic force of hundreds of millions of people have been aroused to build the Chinese dream together.

So let’s follow this spirit and build our country into the better major power and make our lives better, and to become the better ourselves. Thank you, that’s all.
