为培养我院学子积极奉献的志愿精神，5月16日，我院5名帮扶小队成员赴平安小学，开展“大手拉小手”第三轮结对帮扶活动。

活动开始，队员向老师了解到帮扶学生的个人情况和兴趣爱好，以便根据每个学生的特点“因材施教”。接下来，队员分组进行帮扶，由于每个学生的学习能力和基础知识不尽相同，队员们尽心尽力，积极从各方面进行引导，查漏补缺，以满足学生们的求知欲。另一方面，队员们还从情感上进行引导，在了解到一些孩子们特殊的家庭情况后，能够及时给予他们关爱，并进行鼓励，指导他们要认真学习，努力做一个德才兼备的好学生。志愿者们用自己的专业知识和真情实意激发了学生们的学习兴趣，更温暖了学生的内心。

本次活动增进了队员对帮扶对象的了解，进一步体现了我院学子关心社会，服务社会的志愿之心，有利于我院志愿服务活动的进一步开展。

The students of our school went to Ping 'an primary school to carry out the third round of volunteer activities of big hands hold small hands

In order to cultivate the voluntary spirit of our students' active dedication , five members of our school's support team went to Ping 'an primary school to carry out the third round of volunteer activities of big hands pull small hands on 16th May.

At the beginning of the activity, in order to teach students in accordance with their aptitude, .the team members learned about the personal situation and interests of the students from their teacher. Next, the team members helped each other in groups. since the learning ability and basic knowledge of each student are not the same, the team members tried their best actively to guide the students from all aspects and checked the omissions and made up for the deficiencies, so as to meet the students' thirst for knowledge. On the other hand, the team members also provide emotional guidance. After learning about the special family conditions of some children, they can timely give them love and encouragement, and guide them to study hard and strive to be a good student with both ability and political integrity. Volunteers use their professional knowledge and true feelings to stimulate the students' interest in learning, warming the hearts of students as well.

This activity enhanced the team members' understanding of the target of aid , and further demonstrated the students' willingness to care about the society and serve the society, which is conducive to the further development of our college's volunteer service activities.
