春回大地，万物苏醒。本周外国语学院TR跑团开展了“植树绿色跑”主题活动，学院党政领导、专业教师、学工人员及研究生、本科生参加。

在植树现场，参加植树的师生们个个热情洋溢、干劲十足，以饱满的热情投入到播种绿色的植树行动中一起分享劳动的快乐。大家在指定种植区，挥动铁锹铲土、培土，用脚将土踩实。经过辛勤劳动，31株新入土的树苗在20号楼南面形成了一道新的风景线。

在校园慢跑环节中，师生们相互交流学习方法、职业规划、日常生活等方面的问题。在奔跑中体验运动的魅力，在坚持中品味拼搏的快乐，在前进中携手并肩、互相扶持，感受团队的关爱和温暖。

 据悉，“TR跑团”的“TR”源自于“TO RUN”，旨在鼓励同学们积极锻炼身体，迎着朝阳不断奔跑；“RUN”的汉语音译为“润”，旨在运用“春风化雨、润物无声”的教育方式创新学生思政教育新阵地、新形式。“TR跑团”自成立后，每周定期开展各种形式的主题活动，每周招募一名带队教师带头领跑，形成全员全过程全方位育人格局，倡导积极健康的生活方式，营造独具特色的校园文化氛围。

The activity of “running and planting” in TR team was held successfully

When spring returns to the earth, everything wakes up. This week the TR team of School of Foreign Languages launched an activity with the theme Tree Planting and Green Running. Party and government cadres, teachers, student ideological and political staffs, graduate and undergraduate students of the school participated in.

During the tree-planting, teachers and students all threw themselves into the planting trees with full enthusiasm and energy and also shared the joy of labor. In the designated planting area, they used spades to shovel the soil, earthed up the saplings and treaded down the earth by the feet. After hard work, 31 newly planted saplings form a new landscape in the south of dormitory building No.2o.

During the jogging, teachers and students talked about learning methods, career planning, and daily life, etc. Thus teachers and students would experience the charm of sports while running and relish the joy of fight through persistence. They supported each other and received the care and warmth of the whole team.

It is reported that TR originated from TO RUN, which aims to encourage students to exercise actively and run unceasingly against the rising sun. The Chinese transliteration of RUN is Run, with the goal to innovate the new position and form of students' ideological and political education subtly. Since the establishment of TR Running Group, various kinds of thematic activities have been carried out regularly every week. And there is a teacher to take the lead in the running every week. Therefore, the overall and all-round education structure would be formed. By advocating a positive and healthy lifestyle, a good cultural atmosphere with characteristics will be built.
