在2016年里约热内卢奥运会女子排球决赛中，中国队战胜塞尔维亚队夺得冠军。年轻的女排姑娘在郎平的带领下拼出了中国女排又一个辉煌。

As a college student, we should learn the spirit and try our best to be a brilliant young man.

1.团结合作 Unity and cooperation

团结是成功的基础。中国女排正是通过相互配合，才有了一个漂亮的扣球。我们也应该认识到生活中团结的重要性。不要只关注个人利益而忘记集体利益。   

Unity is the foundation of success . It is through cooperation that the Chinese team has a beautiful dunk. We should also recognize the importance of unity in our life. Don't focus on personal interests and forget collective interests. 

2.无私奉献 Selfless dedication

我们要乐于助人，认真对待每一个人，全心全意报答学校，服务社会，要有积极承担责任的勇气。   

We should be ready to help others, treat everyone seriously, repay the school wholeheartedly, serve the society, and have the courage to take responsibility.

3.艰苦奋斗 Hard work

女排的每一次胜利都离不开她们的努力。因此，我们应该培养这种艰苦奋斗的精神。作为大学生，我们应该不断强化自身专业素质，提高专业能力，积极运用自身专业技能，更好地向世界展现中国样貌，讲好中国故事，传递中国声音。

Every victory is inseparable from their efforts. Therefore, we should cultivate this spirit of hard struggle.As college students, we should constantly strengthen our professional quality, improve our ability and actively use our professional skills to better present China's appearance to the world, tell good stories and convey the voice of China.
