夏风袭来，热浪滚滚。5月23日，我院TR跑团开展了“小满收获跑”主题活动，学工人员刘芳老师带队，日语17级同学积极参加。

刘芳老师先和同学们互相交流，探讨了小满的含义和习俗。随后，刘芳老师向同学们普及了夏季作物种植规律等农业知识，让同学们的知识面有了进一步扩充。天气稍凉爽些后，刘芳老师带领着同学们一起在操场上奔跑，与夏季的风进行亲密接触，感受跑步的魅力。

通过开展此次跑步活动，同学们拓展了知识面，领略了中华传统文化的博大精深，感受了生活的奥秘；同时，也增近了师生感情，促进了同学们良好锻炼习惯的培养。

The activity of “running in grain buds” of TR team was held in school of foreign languages

With the hot wind waving, the summer is coming. On May 23, the activity of running in grain buds was carried out by the TR team in our school, which was led by teacher Liu Fang. Sophomore majoring in Japanese took an active part in it.

First, teacher Liu Fang communicated with the students and discussed the meaning and customs of grain buds. Then, Ms Liu popularized agricultural knowledge to the students, for example, summer crop planting rules, which further expanded students’ knowledge. When it got cooler, Ms Liu led the students to run on the playground together to enjoy the summer breeze and the charm of running.

By carrying out this running activity, the students expanded their scope of knowledge and appreciated the extensive and profound Chinese traditional culture, realizing the mystery of life; at the same time, it also made teachers and students get closer to each other and developed a good habit of exercise.
