铭记历史，文化传承。本周外国语学院TR跑团开展了“博物传承跑”主题活动，由杨明老师带队，英语17级1班的同学积极参与其中。

活动开始，杨明老师和同学们相约操场，讲述关于文物保护、历史传承的例子，如“鹤”在古代的读法以及象征，博物馆中“博物”二字的意义等。同时杨明老师也为大家讲了我国文物保护现状，以及为保护文物而发生的感人小故事，激发了同学们博物传承的热切希望。杨明老师希望大家可以广泛涉猎相关知识，多参观博物馆，提升对于博物传承的意识。谈话活动结束后，在老师的带领下，同学们一起在操场上奔跑，感受大自然的气息。

通过开展此次跑步活动，同学们得到了亲近历史、感受中华文化的博大精深的机会，提高了自身对文物保护的意识，增强了同学们生活中文物保护的责任感。同时跑步活动又培养了同学们良好的锻炼习惯，增强了他们的身体健康素质，激发了同学们对跑步活动与文物传承的热情。

TR team  Youth Running activity held by School of Foreign Languages

To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the May 4th Movement, inherit and carry forward its spirit, set up and publicize the youth examples, and lead the young to thrive, the TR team launched the thematic activity of Youth Running this week, which was led by Wang Ziqiang and Song Ge from the University Youth League Committee and School respectively, and widely participated by the students of grade 2017.

Before it began, teachers and students gathered around at the playground, centering on the origin of May 4th Movement, and expressed their understanding to its spirit. Afterwards, they had an in-depth discussion on the speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping about May 4th. Combining with their personal learning and work experience, students talked about how to learn and practice the content of the speech. In the end, the two teachers made a summary. They placed great hope that the students could learn from General Secretary Xi, such as his firm ideal and faith, deep feelings for the public and strong sense of responsibility. In the new era, every youth should hold unflinching faith, aim high, be practical and diligent and make unremitting struggle for achieving a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
