为深入贯彻党的十九大精神，落实教育精准扶贫政策，进一步优化学校与学生家庭之间的交流平台，强化家校育人合力，解决贫困学生的实际问题和后顾之忧。2019年1月17日-18日，齐鲁工业大学外国语学院党政领导及全体学工人员、班主任代表深入泰安、滨州两地分别走访了3位建档立卡困难生代表，向学生家中送去油、米、面慰问品及慰问金，本次走访困难学生得到明德公司大力支持，赞助了3000元的助学金。
每走访一处，学院领导都与家长、学生促膝交谈，宣传党和国家的资助政策，介绍学校和学院近期发展情况、学生在校综合表现情况，并详细询问学生家庭状况，做好信息的记录和整理，就学生未来发展方向提出指导性建议。交流中，领导和老师们还鼓励学生发扬自强自立的奋斗精神，努力学习，顺利完成学业，希望他们能积极面对生活上的困难，好好学习、好好生活，将来能够回报父母、回报学校、回报社会。
受访学生家长对慰问组老师的来访深表感谢，并表示将努力克服困难，帮助孩子顺利完成学业，不辜负国家和学校的期望，把孩子培养成才将来回报社会。受访学生则纷纷表示，在以后的学习生活中将牢记学校的教诲，不辜负学校和家庭的殷切期望，勤奋学习，早日成才。
Interview to the Financial difficulty students in winter vacation
In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress, carry out precise poverty alleviation policies in education, thus to further promote the communication between schools and students’ families, and solve the practical problems of poor students, on January 17th and 18th in 2019, the party and government cadres, ideological and political working staffs and the headteachers in school of foreign languages had interviews to three representatives of financially difficult students in documentation in Tai’an and Binzhou city. They sent oil, rice, flour and money,etc to the students. The interviews were supported by Mingde Company.
The leaders of school talked about funding policies in our country with students and their parents during the interview. They also introduced the situation of development of the school and student’s performance. During the communication, leaders and teachers also encouraged students to carry forward the spirit of self-reliance, study hard and graduate smoothly. They gave their hope that students could actively face the difficulties in life, then repay their parents, school and society in the future.
The parents of the students who were interviewed expressed their thanks to the teachers of the condolence group for their visit. They also said that they would strive to overcome the difficulties, help their children to complete the studies smoothly, live up to the expectations of the school. These students expressed that they would keep the teaching in mind, study hard and become a useful person as soon as possible.
