为进一步做好毕业生就业工作，搭建用人单位和毕业生的双向选择平台，我院于2月26日中午在二号公教楼阶梯教室401举办吉的堡教育专场招聘会。

会议伊始，主讲人为到场的毕业生分析了当前的就业前景，然后以公司宣传片的形式让同学们对吉的堡教育有了一个初步的了解。随后，主讲人通过PPT仔细地讲解了吉的堡教育的公司架构、企业文化、福利待遇，以及公司未来的发展方向。会后，主讲人现场解答了同学们对就业环境和发展空间等方面的疑问。

参会企业希望与我院加强联系，进一步开展校企合作，提前为企业做好人才的储备，也为毕业生搭建实践平台。此次招聘会让同学们进一步了解到了当前严峻的就业形势，也让他们获取到了一定的面试技巧。

Our school holds a special job fair for Jidebao Education

In order to further improve the employment of graduates and build a two-way selection platform for employers and graduates, at noon on February 26th, our school held a special job fair for the Jidebao Education in the the lecture theatre 401 of No. 2 Public Education Building.

At the beginning of the meeting, the keynote speaker analyzed the current employment prospects for the graduates present and then gave the students a preliminary understanding of Jidebao Education in the form of company videos. Subsequently, the keynote speaker carefully explained the company structure, corporate culture, welfare treatment of Jidebao Education and the future development direction of the company through PPT. After the meeting, the keynote speaker answered the questions of the students about the employment environment and development space.

The participating enterprise hopes to strengthen  the ties with our School of Foreign Languages , further developing school-enterprise cooperation, preparing talents for enterprises in advance, and build a practical platform for graduates. The recruitment fair allowed the students to further understand the current severe employment situation and also provided them with certain interview skills.
