在前期发放调查问卷的基础之上，近日，外国语学院于文科楼222室召开2018年度民主生活会征求意见之学生座谈会。外国语学院党政领导、学工人员、各年级学生代表参加了本次座谈会。
会上，陈国兴书记介绍了学院2018年度党建工作情况，郑众院长介绍了本学期教学科研情况，并鼓励与会代表积极发言，为学院教学建设提意见，说建议。随后，各年级学生建言献策，分别从学习、生活、教学安排方面表达了自身建议。初良龙副院长解答了学生们在学习上的疑惑，并鼓励学生多看书，努力学习。学院党总支副书记齐艳解答了学生们在生活方面的疑惑，并就学生想要多与老师交流的建议予以鼓励。杨辉副院长解答了学生们对于课程安排方面的疑惑，就学生积极寻求知识的态度予以赞扬。学生代表们将收集意见与建议同老师交流完毕后，纷纷表示将继续奋斗，努力学习。
此次座谈会促进了师生之间的关系，加强了师生之间的交流，稳固了师生之间的联系，学院将围绕学生关心的问题，有针对性地开展各项工作，切实做到以学生为本，提升学生培养质量。
The School of Foreign Languages holds a symposium for students seeking opinions on democratic life in 2018
On the basis of the previous questionnaires, the School of Foreign Languages recently held a symposium for students seeking opinions on democratic life in 2018 in Room 222 of Liberal Art Building. The party and government leaders of the School of Foreign Languages, the academic staff, and representatives of all grades attended the symposium.
At the meeting, Secretary Chen Guoxing introduced the party building work of the School of Foreign Languages in 2018 . Dean Zheng Zhong introduced the teaching and research situation of this semester and encouraged the participants to speak actively and make suggestions for the teaching construction of the School. Later, students of all grades made suggestions and expressed their own opinions from the aspects of study, life and teaching arrangements. Deputy Dean Chu Lianglong answered the students' doubts in learning and inspired students to read more and study hard. Qi Yan, deputy secretary of the party committee of the School of Foreign Languages, answered the students' doubts about life and encouraged their suggestions to communicate with teachers. Deputy Dean Yang Hui answered the students' doubts about the curriculum and praised the students 'active attitude towards seeking knowledge. After the students’ representatives collected the opinions and communicated with the teachers, they expressed that they would keep fighting and study hard.
The symposium promoted the relationship, strengthened the communication and stabilized the connection between teachers and students. The School of Foreign Languages will focus on the issues that students care about and carry out various tasks in a targeted manner. We should take students as the foundation and improve the quality of students' training.
