10月29日下午，外国语学院在文科楼222会议室举行聘任仪式，正式聘请澳大利亚昆士兰大学姜文英教授为齐鲁工业大学“特聘教授”。副校（院）长刘孟德出席聘任仪式并为姜文英颁发证书。外国语学院领导班子成员参加了聘任仪式。
刘孟德对姜文英的到来表示热烈欢迎，对学校（科学院）的人才政策、科教融合发展现状进行了简要介绍，他希望外国语学院积极配合姜文英教授，在学科建设、本科教学、研究生教育、科研团队组建等方面积极开展工作。
随后，姜文英结合自己的求学、科研经历谈了她在英语学科发展、研究生培养和科研合作等方面的设想。
接下来，姜文英将为英语专业、翻译专业本科生，翻译硕士讲授跨文化交际、第二语言习得、英语阅读等课程。今后，外国语学院将进一步扩大与国外专家的交流合作，为师生提供更多交流学习的平台，不断提高教师的教学、科研水平和学生培养质量。
姜文英简介：
姜文英，澳大利亚昆士兰大学中文部主任，应用语言学博士。曾任教于加拿大阿尔伯塔大学及澳洲的西澳大利亚大学。主要研究领域为第二语言习得、二语教学法及中英跨文化交际研究。2009年出版学术专著Acquisition of Word Order in Chinese as a Foreign Language by MOUTON DE GRUYTER (《汉语作为外语的词序习得研究》)；在国际核心期刊发表学术论文20余篇，代表作为Measurements of development in L2 written production: The case of Chinese L2. Applied Linguistics, Vol. 34 (1), 1-24。此外，还担任学术期刊Applied Linguistics, International Journal of Bilingual Education and Bilingualism 及Journal of Language, Culture and Curriculum 审稿人。
The distinguished professor appointment ceremony of Professor Jiang Wenying was held in the school of foreign languages
On the afternoon of October 29th, the school of foreign languages held the appointment ceremony in the conference room 222 of the arts building and formally invited Professor Jiang Wenying from the University of Queensland, Australia, as the distinguished professor of Qilu University of Technology. Liu Mengde, vice-chancellor of the school, attended the appointment ceremony and presented a certificate to Professor Jiang. Members of the leadership team of the school of foreign languages attended the appointment ceremony.
Liu Mengde extended a warm welcome to Professor Jiang and gave a brief introduction about the talent policy and the development and integration of science and education of the Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences). He hoped that the school of foreign languages would actively cooperate with Professor Jiang and take an active part in discipline construction, undergraduate teaching, graduate education and the establishment of scientific research team.
Later, Professor Jiang discussed her ideas on the development of English subject, postgraduate training and scientific research cooperation based on her study and research experience.
Next, Professor Jiang will offer courses for English major, translation major undergraduate and master of translation, including intercultural communication, second language acquisition and English reading. In the future, the school would expand further exchanges and cooperation with foreign experts, provide more platforms for teachers and students to exchange and learn, and constantly improve the teaching and research level of teachers and the quality of student training.
The introduction of Jiang Wenying:
Jiang Wenying, director of the Chinese department at the University of Queensland, Australia, holds a PhD in applied linguistics. She has taught at the University of Alberta in Canada and the University of Western Australia in Australia. The main research areas are second language acquisition, second language teaching and cross-cultural communication. She published the academic monograph----Acquisition of Word Order in Chinese as a Foreign Language by MOUTON DE GRUYTER (《汉语作为外语的词序习得研究》); Professor Jiang also published more than 20 academic papers in international core journals and her masterpiece is Measurements of development in L2 written production: The case of Chinese L2. Applied Linguistics, Vol. 34 (1), 1-24. Besides, she also acts as the reviewer of Applied Linguistics, International Journal of Bilingual Education and Bilingualism and Journal of Language, Culture and Curriculum.
