10月25日，外国语学院于文科楼238主持召开了外国语学院2018成人高考期间纪律专题例会。会议由外国语学院团委书记陈慧义老师主持，学院各年级学生干部参加。

首先，陈慧义老师介绍了即将在28号举办的2018成人高考，他强调，所有同学要在成人高考期间遵守学校纪律，尤其不能出现替考现象，一经发现，学校将进行开除的严肃处理，强调大家不要以身试法。接着，陈慧义老师安排了学生会各部门的分工，其中要从学生上课情况、宿舍晚归情况、外出情况三条途径进行排查监督，保证纪律问题得到有效监督和管理，并强调各班长支书向各班同学下达通知，保证通知落实、到位。最后，陈慧义老师强调期中教学期间大家更要保持良好的学习劲头，力争上游。

On October 25th, the School of Foreign Languages holds a special meeting of the discipline during the adult college entrance examination in 2018 at the room 238 in the building of liberal art. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Chen Huiyi, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of the School of Foreign Languages, and the cadres of all grades of the college participated.

First of all, Mr. Chen introduced the 2018 adult college entrance examination to be held on the 28th. He stressed that all students should abide by the school discipline during the adult college entrance examination, especially should avoid the phenomenon of exam surrogate. Once found, the school will carry out the serious handling of expulsion. He emphasizes that examinees should not defy the law.
